Fran Gómez de Villaboa — Fashion & Portrait Photographer, London & Paris


Fran Gómez de Villaboa is a Spanish fashion and portrait photographer working between London and Paris. Born in Andalusia and based in London since 2009, Fran shoots fashion editorial, talent and celebrity portraiture, with work published in Attitude, Schön!, WWD, Numéro Berlin and L'Officiel, and collaborations with Givenchy, Mugler, Stella McCartney, Edward Crutchley and the BBC.

The images are cinematic and atmospheric, drawing on fine art, surrealism and documentary photography, and increasingly on painting and ceramics. Alongside commissions, Fran's personal projects explore queer identity, mental health and human rights, and have been exhibited in London, Berlin, Cyprus and Spain, including at V&A East Storehouse.
